Year 1 embraced the dry weather and had physical play for their Golden Time. Physical play has so many benefits. Strengthening bones, developing children’s balance and coordination skills as well as increasing motor skills and improving their flexibility. It is vital as it helps the brain develop and provides opportunities to regulate emotions.
