The Dairy Council visited today to show P5-7 how to have a healthy, balanced lifestyle and specifically why we need to eat some dairy foods. Pupils explored the 5 main food groups and the importance of dairy products. They also participated in lots of high energy exercises and showed us their Rap skills!
