We began our Shared Education sessions with Cumber Claudy P.S. for this year today in Year 3. The focus for the morning was ‘Kindness’, one of our core values. Our morning started with some games to remind ourselves of names and familiar faces. Later we listened attentively to, and discussed the beautiful story ‘Fill a Bucket’. After that the children concentrated on being kind to themselves and completed a ‘Kindness Rainbow’ and ‘Kindness Shield’. We finished the session with a lively performance of the Kindness Song. It was lovely to see all our friends again and everyone is really looking forward to our next meeting.
