Primary 4 have been having lots of fun, learning how to write procedures such as recipes. First, pupils made jelly and carefully considered what the jelly recipe would look like. Mrs Redmond then modelled writing the recipe on how to make jelly. Next, the pupils made top hats from melted chocolate, marshmallows and smarties. Pupils thought carefully about the ingredients and the method they should use. They all took turns to create their sweet treat and then, everyone carefully wrote out their recipe in clear steps. Best of all, after the chocolate hardened, everyone enjoyed eating them!!
