Thank you to the parents of our new Primary One pupils who turned out in great numbers on Tuesday 31st May for the Induction meeting. Mrs Hegarty explained all about the school day and school routines and advised parents on how to best support their children as they start Primary School. Parents also watched a short film about school made by our School Council which gave them an idea of what life is like in St. Mary’s PS. Our new pupils have already visited us for a Games Day and Mrs Redmond has also visited Park Playgroup to chat to the new boys and girls. We look forward to meeting them all again on Friday 17th June when we will present their Induction Packs!
