Today, some excited children in our school had the opportunity to get their photographs taken for the NI Road Safety calendar. This calendar is used by schools to promote safe choices on the roads. Pupils from different classes acted out some dangerous scenarios, such as walking on the road without a footpath and playing near traffic. A huge thank you to Roland’s Daddy, Paul, who brought his tractor along for the photo shoot and played a starring role! Thanks to Brona and Mrs McAleer who also took part. We look forward to the official launch of the calendar in the autumn. Well done everyone!!
