We were delighted to see such a large crowd of prospective P1 pupils and their parents and grandparents at our Open Morning today. The children played in P1 and met the P1 teacher and classroom assistants, while the adults listened to Mrs Redmond and our Primary 7 School Councillors talk about what our wonderful school has to offer. Other P7 pupils then brought the adults on a guided tour of the school, where they visited classes and found out about all the practical learning that takes place. Finally, everyone had tea and biscuits (or juice and marshmallows), while the boys and girls were presented with a selection box from Santa Claus and Mrs Claus!
It was a very fun morning and a massive well done to everyone involved. Congratulations also to all the pre-school children- you were fantastic and we are looking forward to having you join our St. Mary's PS family in September 2026!
