Well done to our wonderful P6 pupils who are currently being trained as Nurture in 5 buddies. Toni and Karen from the Nurture Service are teaching the boys and girls how to lead a Nurture in 5 session and our pupils will use these strategies to help out our P1 and 2 pupils next year. The P6 pupils were trained in breathing exercises and in leading high energy and relaxation sessions. These skills will be hugely beneficial to our younger pupils, and will also help the P6 pupils to regulate their own emotions. We thank Toni and Karen for this wonderful opportunity.
