Dear Parent/Carer,
We are delighted to say that we are now ready to begin the ordering process for the Leavers' Hoodies. The Year 7 pupils have voted for their favourite design on Google Classroom and Design 1 was by far the favourite, so that design has been chosen. The hoodies will be navy with white text. All of the pupils' names will be on the back of the hoodie. On the front, the crest will be on the left side and on the right side will be either the pupil's initials or first name. You will have two choices to make: the size required and whether you would like your child's initials or first name on the front.
We have sample sizes available in school. Unfortunately due to the current health and safety restrictions, pupils are not permitted to try the hoodies on or measure them up, but hopefully you will be able to gauge the appropriate size by viewing. Photos of the design sample and the sizing guide have been attached to this news item.
The hoodies cost £18 and we would be very grateful if the exact amount of money is given in an envelope upon ordering, in order to avoid the handling of money.
The orders need to be sent to the company by Tuesday 2nd June, therefore orders cannot be taken after that date.
The school will be open between 9am-3pm for orders on the following dates:
Wednesday 27th May, Thursday 28th May, Friday 29th May, Monday 1st June and Tuesday 2nd June.
