Our P3, P5 and P6 pupils had lots of fun at the Hyrox Kids Club today. This was a very energetic session where the pupils took part in: Farmers' Walk, Shuttle Runs, Broad Jumps, Star Jumps, Bib Towel Pull, Mountain Climbers, Med Ball Slams and Lateral Shuffles. Well done to all of the boys and girls for showing great enthusiasm and perseverance.
