Our Year 7 pupils are currently taking part in the Junior Entrepreneur Programme. To date, they have researched information about Entrepreneurs, both globally and locally. They then individually created their own ideas for our class business project. After that, the pupils were put into groups where they shared their individual idea with their peers and they then had to make a democratic decision on which idea would be chosen as their group idea. The pupils worked hard for two weeks preparing visual aids, power points and a script for the Dragons Den event. We invited Sean (owner of Park Vivo), Olive and Mrs McKenna to be our friendly Dragons at the event. The pupils should be very proud of the 5 excellent pitches that they delivered.
