Our Guess the Score fundraiser , organised by our school council, was a huge success and we’re delighted to announce that we raised £1200. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who very kindly supported this fundraising event, your generosity is very much appreciated.
The final score was Derry 1-20 Cavan 0-19. Although no one guessed the correct score, 5 entrants guessed one score correctly and were only 1 point off the other score, so it was decided to split the £50 evenly amongst them.
Congratulations to our winners: Maureen Rainey, Niambh Devine, Una McMenamin, Mia and Cathal.
The money raised will go towards buying play equipment for outside, phonics resources and an iPad. A big thank you to our school councillors for their great organising skills.
