Primary 5 had a fabulous day at Butterlope farm on Friday. Pupils learnt lots about sheep and calves and even got to feed a baby lamb. They used a key to identify minibeasts in the stream and found unusual flowers in the bogland. They collected freshly laid eggs, explored the home grown vegetables and created sheep artwork using clay. Pupils thoroughly enjoyed every activity and the sun shone throughout! A huge thank you to Annie and Vincent for their hospitality.
