The boys and girls in Year 4 thoroughly enjoyed their ‘Friends of Jesus’ preparation programme for First Holy Communion. These online sessions were delivered through the Derry Diocesan Catechetical Centre on Monday 26th and Tuesday 27th. It was indeed a very special, engaging couple of days filled with stories, discussion, prayer and interactive activities all linked beautifully to the realisation that we are all Jesus’ storytellers in how we live our lives. Thank you to Therese and Mary for the wonderfully thoughtful and entertaining way they delivered the programme. The children loved everything about it!
