Our P6 and P7 Digital Leaders took part in a training session after school today where they focused on how digital technology can be used as a presenting tool in Foundation years. They explored the features of the app 'My Story' and then had lots of fun in our block room making towers and ramps. After discussing the ICT skills that would be achievable for P1 and P2 pupils, the Digital Leaders created sample presentations at those levels. Following that, there was lots of discussion about the techniques that they will use when teaching the new skills to the younger pupils. They are very excited about going into the P1 and P2 classrooms next week to work with the pupils and we have no doubt that they will be fantastic at it!
