Today we had the pleasure of welcoming the Year 2 pupils from Cumber Claudy to our classroom. We explored the theme of friendship, discussing what it means to be a good friend. In our groups, we worked together to sort qualities into "good friend" and "not-so-good friend". We listened to the beautiful story of The Rainbow Fish, which helped us reflect on kindness and sharing. After snack time, we enjoyed a fun-filled play session that brought lots of laughter and smiles. We’re already looking forward to our next meeting with our new friends!
