Year 3 had great fun with different hands-on activities to support spelling.The children were encouraged to use manipulatives and movement to help reinforce sounds and spelling patterns. Have a look at the different activities, from using lego to build words, spelling words using different coloured markers, using paint to spell words and cutting and sticking coloured scrap paper to make words.
